How Tender Care Healthcare Services Ltd collects, uses and protects your personal data.

Last updated: October 2026

Tender Care Healthcare Services Limited (“Tender Care”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal data when you use our website or our recruitment services, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

Tender Care Healthcare Services Limited is a healthcare recruitment agency registered in Ireland and licensed by the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

Contact: 33 Chestnut Crescent, Johnstown, Navan, Co. Meath, Ireland · info@tendercarehealthcare.ie

2. The personal data we collect

  • Candidates: name, contact details, current and preferred location, CV, qualifications, work history, professional registration details (e.g. NMBI/CORU), right-to-work information, employment preferences, references, Garda vetting and training records where required for a placement.
  • Employers and enquirers: name, job title, organisation, work contact details and the details of your staffing requirement or enquiry.
  • Website visitors: technical information such as cookie preferences and, only if you consent, anonymised analytics data. See our Cookie Policy.

3. How and why we use your data

  • To provide recruitment services — matching candidates with suitable roles and presenting candidates to employers (legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interests in operating a recruitment business).
  • To carry out compliance checks required for healthcare roles, such as registration, right-to-work and vetting checks (legal obligation and legitimate interests).
  • To respond to enquiries and manage our relationship with employer clients (legitimate interests / contract).
  • To send you information about suitable opportunities, where you have asked us to (consent).

We will never send your CV to an employer without your permission.

4. Who we share data with

We share candidate information only with prospective employers you have agreed to be put forward to, and with service providers who help us operate (for example secure website hosting, email and IT providers), under appropriate data processing agreements. We may disclose data where required by law or to a regulator. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and in line with our data retention policy. Candidate records are reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer required, unless we need to keep certain records to meet legal obligations.

7. How we protect your data

Our website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections. CVs uploaded through the website are stored in a protected area that is not publicly accessible and can only be viewed by authorised members of our team.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@tendercarehealthcare.ie. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
