From your first contact to a candidate’s first day — our process is designed around your needs.

Contact us by phone, email or the form below. Share the role, hours, setting and any specific clinical requirements or HIQA compliance needs.

We match your requirement against our candidate pool and conduct all necessary vetting — registration checks, references, Garda vetting and training records.

Within 24–48 hours for straightforward roles, you receive CVs and a compliance summary for each shortlisted candidate.

You interview your preferred candidates and make the selection. We coordinate logistics and handle the offer process.

Once placed, we stay in contact with you and the candidate throughout the guarantee period to make sure the placement is working well.
Our fees
Our fees are competitive and transparent. We charge a percentage-based placement fee for permanent roles, and an agreed hourly margin for temporary and contract staffing. We will always provide a clear fee schedule before any work begins. Candidates are never charged.
If a placed candidate leaves within the guarantee period for reasons covered under the guarantee, we will source a replacement at no additional placement fee. Terms are set out clearly in our client agreement.
Employer FAQs
Yes. We hold a current Employment Agency Licence issued by the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) under the Employment Agency Act 1971. This licence is a legal requirement to operate as a recruitment agency in Ireland and is subject to annual renewal and regulatory oversight.
Every candidate we present has been through our full compliance framework: Garda vetting (and international police clearance where applicable), NMBI/CORU/HIQA registration verification, right-to-work check, minimum two professional references, manual handling and PMAV training, immunisation records, and enhanced DBS where required. A compliance summary is included with every CV.
For roles where we have active candidates in our pool, we can turn around a shortlist within 24–48 hours. For specialist or senior roles, or when international recruitment is required, timelines will be discussed and agreed upfront.
Our initial focus is on private sector healthcare providers — nursing homes, private hospitals, homecare companies and independent services. As we build our track record and operational base, we will develop our capacity for HSE tenders and public sector frameworks. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
