As a candidate, you should never pay a recruitment agency. Under Irish law it is illegal, and Tender Care Healthcare Services will never charge you a cent for our services. Our income comes from the employers we place you with.
Under the Employment Agency Act 1971, it is illegal to charge job-seekers for placement services. We will never ask a candidate to pay.

No. Registration is completely free and our services to candidates are free at all times. Under the Employment Agency Act 1971, it is illegal for an employment agency in Ireland to charge job-seekers. We are fully compliant with this law.
Yes. If you are in the process of applying for NMBI or CORU registration, we can register you provisionally and guide you through the overseas recognition process. We cannot present you to employers until your registration is confirmed, but we can start building your profile and matching you to upcoming roles.
Absolutely. We actively recruit from abroad and support candidates relocating to Ireland. We can advise on NMBI/CORU overseas recognition, employment permit categories (Critical Skills Employment Permit for eligible roles), and relocation practicalities. Many of our candidates are nurses and HCAs from Nigeria, the Philippines, India and other countries.
Never. We will always seek your permission before presenting your CV to any employer. Your job search is confidential and we treat it as such. Under GDPR, we also have a data privacy obligation to handle your personal information securely.
