Our story
Tender Care Healthcare Services Limited is an Irish-registered healthcare staffing agency based in Co. Meath. We were established to address a growing need in the Irish healthcare sector: for a recruitment partner that truly understands both the clinical environment and the compliance obligations that come with it.
We hold a current Employment Agency Licence issued by the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) and operate in full compliance with the Employment Agency Act 1971, GDPR, and all applicable healthcare regulatory frameworks.

Regulatory standing
We hold a current Employment Agency Licence issued by the Workplace Relations Commission under the Employment Agency Act 1971 — a legal requirement to operate as a recruitment agency in Ireland.
All candidate and client data is handled in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Ireland’s Data Protection Act 2018. We never share data without consent.
We carry professional indemnity and public liability insurance, protecting our clients and candidates throughout every engagement.

Our location
Tender Care Healthcare Services is headquartered in Navan, Co. Meath, and recruits for healthcare employers across all 26 counties. We work with nursing homes, private hospitals, homecare providers, disability services and community care organisations throughout Ireland.
Our future vision
Tender Care has a long-term vision to contribute to healthcare service provision through recruitment, home care and residential care development.
Current focus
Our initial focus is supporting healthcare organisations through recruitment services and workforce solutions.
Future development
We envision developing person-centred home care services to support people to live safely and independently in their communities, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
Future development
Our longer-term ambition includes developing inclusive residential support services, particularly for people with disabilities, subject to necessary planning, registration and regulatory approvals.
These future services are not yet operational and will be announced when appropriately established and authorised.
